Hot Smoked (Kippered) Salmon
Smoked in fine-tuned staggered steps over our perfected blend of oak and maple, our Kippered Salmon assumes the essence of eastern seaboard wood, while being careful not to overpower the exquisite natural flavor of the choice Atlantic Salmon.


Smoked Salmon Spread
Ingredients:
* 1 pound Cochrane Smoked Salmon, chopped
* 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
* 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
* 3 drops hot pepper sauce
* 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onion

Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese until it is no longer in a hard form. Add salmon, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, dill and onion; mix well. Serve.
